“The challenge is not easy … Often we use technologies to perpetuate the very values of racism that we indulge in every day. We use technology to bully, to perpetuate hate speech and degrade everyone’s humanity … I believe that technology must provide us with larger vistas so that we might engage with each other and move beyond the segregated spaces where we live every day of our lives,” Ruby Sales.
